The app uses keyword-based smart matching to categorize your timesheet entries. When you import a timesheet PDF, the app analyzes each entry and categorizes it as Preparation, In-Court, or Travel based on recognized keywords and patterns. It also identifies activities with time caps (like arraignments) and flags them automatically.
Yes, 100%. All data stays on your machine. The app uses a local SQLite database - no client names, case numbers, or privileged information ever leaves your computer. The only external connection is monthly license validation (after beta), which sends no case data.
You need macOS 10.15+ or Windows 10+, 4GB RAM minimum, and 500MB free disk space. The app works on both Intel Macs and Apple Silicon.
The beta is completely free. After launch, pricing will be $49/month per attorney with unlimited claims. Multi-attorney firm licenses are also available at discounted rates.
